SNPad doesn't open by itself. Automatic opening is done by an ad provider that you choose, using only the permissions you give it. For now, the only provider available is ADCAM ADVERT.
Before you start
- Update SNPad Mobile to the latest version.
- Connect your TV: open SNPad on the LG, pick your language, start the setup and scan the QR code with your phone.
The steps
The TV app is available in Romanian and English, so the labels may differ slightly from what's below. In Romanian the menu is Setări → Furnizor de publicitate.
- In SNPad, go to Settings → Ad provider.
- Choose ADCAM ADVERT.
- Tick all 3 permissions. Without them, automatic opening won't start.
- Read the terms and press accept and save.
- If the TV shows an LG connection request, press Accept.
- Close the app on the TV. After a few minutes it shows as online.
How to know it worked
The SNPad home screen shows ADCAM ADVERT as your provider. When ads start on your channel, SNPad opens, and at the end you go back to your programme.

How to stop
Go back to the ad provider setting and choose no provider, or untick the permissions. Automatic opening stops from that moment.
Without this setting, SNPad won't open automatically.
